The Tiny Hoop is completely universal. Select your metal and size. 6mm, 7mm or 8mm. In the photo of the hoop in the second hole, 7mm is shown. 6mm is in the cartilage photo. These are super lightweight and comfortable, you can (and should!) leave them in all the time! In 20g metal, the Tiny Hoop will work for any piercing, including cartilage and nose piercings.
